I'm basically looking for the distributors of wheelchair parts.
But I guess they may also sell whole chair and accessories.
but if their major business is distributing parts or components, that
is the ones I am looking for.

Do you think a Yellow Pages listing would work for you?
The relevant categories in the online Yellow Pages are:
