I'm trying to figure out how and where to buy a commercial bread oven
and get it installed in a rural community in the central plateaue of
Haiti. I am working with a non-profit to help them setup a bakery. I'm
guessing this might cost $10-20K but really have no idea. There is no
electricity, I think some sort of butane or gas powered oven would be
better than getting a generator.

I don't care where I buy it as long as it can be transported and
installed in rural haiti. As mentioned, I'm guessing the cost will be
about $10-20k but I really have no idea. The bakery will be used by a
community of 40,000 subsistence farmers and will evolve to become a
small marketplace. I'd like to buy the oven from someone who is
trustworthy and who will help me get the project done successfully.
I'm ready to purchase now and would like to see the project completed
within the next two months.

I wonder how big is the oven you need and whether you are willing to
pay for the transportation of the oven, since I found some places
where ovens can be bought, though I'm not sure if they can ship to

Just an update, I found a website listing old and new bakery
equipment, and it shows pictures of the ovens, with pricing
information and shipping information. I just wonder if that kind of
website, along with other such sites, would be enough for you as an
answer. I assume that this wesbite's company ships equipment from the
US.
