I have found an great shopping cart script for my website that is completely free.

This cart is only missing an feature that I need for my business.
The script does not have an tracking feature which Im now asking for.

perhaps....Server side cookie that I can place on an particular website
example:
 www.domain.com/affiliate-1/index.html, or index.php...

now an visitor who has visited the site:
 www.domain.com/affiliate-1/

could now goto either country shopping cart located at:
 www.domain.com/shop/main/USA/cgi-bin/cart.cgi
 www.domain.com/shop/main/CND/cgi-bin/cart.cgi...

 and the cart would include an tracking ID to that visitors submitted order. 

All orders are manually processed and do not go through an payment
gateway in real time.
 
I have the cart setup as an seperate cart for many countries. 
The folder structure setup:
public_html / subdomain / shop / main / CND / cgi-bin / 
 replacing CND with the below for different country
 USA
 FRN
 GER
 GRE 
 HNK

expample:
 www.domain.com/shop/main/USA/cgi-bin/cart.cgi
 www.domain.com/shop/main/CND/cgi-bin/cart.cgi

this may be alot of work, I dont know. 
I have requested the mod from the webmaster but have received no responce.
