Looking for a site with information on a decking material. It is made
from recycles plactic milk bottles and saw dust. I saw it once on one
of those makeover shows, the ones featured were sold in square tiles.
Product must be available in Australia and must be sqaure tiles.

Are you speaking of "Trex" decking?

If this is the material you want, I can tell you who carries it in Australia.

Other possibilities are Rhino Deck or Fiberon:

"Wood and plastic, composite decking and railing system includes
planks, posts, balusters and railing system. Made of recycled
materials. Rhino Deck is available in a wood grained, non-skid finish.
Rhino Deck is easy to maintain. Never needs paint, stain or a sealer.
Splinter Free. Rhino Deck: The Tough Deck.

Master Mark Plastics has become a premier name in lawn, garden, and
building supplies throughout the world due to the fact that we are one
of the largest and most experienced recyclers of HDPE plastics. High
Density PolyEthylene plastics, which include hefty weight materials
like milk jugs, detergent containers, juice and soda bottles that do
not easily disintegrate. Therefore, this garbage would last many many
years in a landfill. Our recycling operation takes this plastic,
grinds it up, sterilizes it, and treats it for further use in our lawn
and garden products and composite decking materials."

"The Fiberon decking and rail system offers a sturdy, low-maintenance
and long-lasting alternative to wood. Made of a mixture of premium
recycled wood and polymer resins, Fiberon has the traditional beauty
and feel of wood, but without its failings. Fiberon Decking will not
warp, rot, crack, splinter, cup, split, or get slippery when wet. Best
of all, there is no need to stain, paint or seal. Made without toxic
or harmful wood preservatives, easy-to-install Fiberon provides years
of worry-free use. Fiberon is backed by a 10-year limited warranty.

Fiberon solid decking is made from a mixture of premium recycled wood,
predominantly oak from manufacturers of furniture, millwork or
cabinets, and a combination of virgin plastic and recycled plastic for
stronger performance."
