purchasing the equipment from another country is not a problem.  The
process in making the product is to scan a picture and then transfer
it to a piece of gold or silver metal that is a pendant.  Its a
picture pendant.  Some of holograms and some could be color photos. 
There is a specific piece of equipment that can do this.  There may be
software that goes along with the machine (not sure)  It may be an
engraver of some type...I need your help.  Thanks

Thanks for your clarification. I believe I know what you want. You are
looking for a special type of engraving machine. The end product is
not holographic at all. It only looks that way because of the shine of
the metal used as pendant. The machine simply engraves the scanned
image on the metal. I actually have one with my family picture
engraved on a silver pendant.

My search was easy because I know what the end product is and where I
got it. I simply went to the shop near my place and inquired about the
machine. The machine they use is the Metaza Photo Impact Printer model
MPX-50 Roland. It is a metal printer that prints images and text on
gold, silver, platinum, brass, copper, aluminum, stainless steel,
other metallic media, and also acrylic. Below is the product directly
