Good day fine sirs and madams,

Question:
Are there any Canadian based companies who provide pre-paid visa or
master cards to Canadian consumers. A good example company is
www.rushcard.com, they offer this type of service so do many others
but they don't service us canadian folk.

Canada has a population of about 35million people alot smaller than
the US, maybe theres not enough people to make a business out of it.

credit cards, who are willing to offer services to Canadians (at a
price, of course).

You will also be able to access a link to CaribPay, a service that is
based in the Caribbean but powered by a wholely-owned company of AIC
Limited. Yes, the same AIC Limited of Canadian mutual fund fame.
