looking for hosting providers in alternative countries - CHINA (In english) 
The amount of storage is very minimal. The lowest priced hosting
package is all that is needed usually.

The question is for country domain of .CN or .COM.CN to be hosted in
CHINA or surrounding area..

I have found registrars which charge approx. $29 USD per year for the
domain, I can then change the nameservers to the servers located in
CHINA.

An acceptable answer would have the lowest priced hosting providers
which are either located in CHINA and area.

least 3 different hosting service providers would be all I ask.

A more accurate type of answer would have the hosting server, use an FTP interface.

Question is why do you need to locate your content in china?
I believe that access from china to outside-of-china is relative fast.
I'm now in Shanghai and I can access around the world at relatively
good speed.
Would like to understand your reason.

The speed of access from inside China to outside China seems to depend
on your provider.

I live in Shanghai and used to have a cable modem connection, that
gave fast access to foreign websites. Now I use 2Mbit/s (nominal)
China Telecom ADSL and although you get about 1Mbit/s inside China,
the speed to sites outside of China is very slow.

As you may know, some foreign sites are blocked.
