Need watch for treadmill with big seconds hand

I need a watch for my home treadmill with big seconds hand to help me
do intervals on my cheap treadmill (has only mph readout).  Something
inexpensive, that I can strap onto the treadmill , or take out on the
running track with me (on my wrist).

It sounds as if what you need is a "pilot's watch." 

I'll be glad to help you find a watch, but I'll need to know your
price range. You've said "something inexpensive," but that word means
different things to different people. Can you give a dollar estimate
of the price you expect to pay?
