I need a list of companys that offer shells that can be used for IRC,
as in IRCDs, psybncs, eggdrops.. Not website hosting etc. thank you,

very efficient answer, just not exactally what I was looking for,
perhaps I didnt make myself clear enough, however I wont deny the
