In Internet Explorer, you can type "yahoo" in the address field followed by "ctrl-enter" and it adds "www." before yahoo and ".com" after. I've since moved to South Africa where most of the internet site names end with ".co.za" instead of ".com". How do I get Internet Explorer to add ".co.za" after the name instead of ".com". Thanks. |

I'll second livioflores-ga's suggestion. I use this also, at least at work (Opera at home), and it works very nicely. Poe |

What I would try... Go to start-settings-ctrl panel... Click on "languages"...assuming you are using a fairly recent release of Windows, near the bottom of the dialog box that comes up you will see a "location" area. Change this from "united states" to "south africa" and you should be set. **note that from experience with this, you may need to reboot after applying the changes |

Thanks everyone for your comments...I'll check out IE2. My brother downloaded it and said it was pretty cool. As for the Control Panel option, unfortunately, I'm on Win 2000 and I don't seem to have that field. Thanks. |
