In Internet Explorer, you can type "yahoo" in the address field
followed by "ctrl-enter" and it adds "www." before yahoo and ".com"
after.

I've since moved to South Africa where most of the internet site names
end with ".co.za" instead of ".com". How do I get Internet Explorer
to add ".co.za" after the name instead of ".com".

Thanks.

I'll second livioflores-ga's suggestion. I use this also, at least at
work (Opera at home), and it works very nicely.

What I would try...
Go to start-settings-ctrl panel...

Click on "languages"...assuming you are using a fairly recent release
of Windows, near the bottom of the dialog box that comes up you will
see a "location" area. Change this from "united states" to "south
africa" and you should be set.

**note that from experience with this, you may need to reboot after
applying the changes

Thanks everyone for your comments...I'll check out IE2. My brother
downloaded it and said it was pretty cool.

As for the Control Panel option, unfortunately, I'm on Win 2000 and I
don't seem to have that field. Thanks.
