looking for hosting providers in JAPAN (In english) 
The amount of storage is minimal. The lowest priced hosting
package, with FTP interface. 3 different hosting service providers.

The question is for country domain .co.jp to be hosted in
JAPAN or surrounding area..

I have found the .co.jp registrars, I can change the nameservers to
the servers located in JAPAN.

I can provide a list of some Japan hosting providers that provide
service in English (some I which I have personal experience with)  But
my question to you is, why does the hosting have to be in Japan? 
Hosting and webspace is far cheaper in the United States, and as long
as you have a Japanese company, I believe the actual hosting doesn't
have to be within Japan.

This has some placement effect on search engine listings, when
submitting search queries towards clients in CHINA, or other country.
