Hi.. I have couple questions regarding filing form I-485.. please help me..

>> I entered USA on 3rd december,2000 on h1b visa, i worked for 1
month and then i transfered my visa
 to another company but then after i did not get any job
>> I worked in a company for 6 months and they put me on payroll from
the first day, i was trying to transfer
my visa from old company to the new in which i was working,,but by the
time i could transfer my h1, i got lay off..
but i did pay tax returns w2..for the six months i worked..
>> I got married in august 2002 and I filed I-130 on my wife's green
card basis ( i did not mention my 6 months work
here in this I-130)
>> i got notice of action from INS
>> I went to india in december 2002 for an emergency reason, i have
new Departure record I-94 for
december, 2002
>> I am not still not working... but i have I-94 expiring in december 2004
> my wife has become citizen and now i would like to file I-485 /
I-130 / G-325A / I-864  for adjustment of status

>>Should i mention my 6 months work in new I-130??
>>Should i mention my social security number in all forms?
>> Is there anything specific for my situation?
>> should i make only one file and put all forms in it with cheques
depending upon form fee? or diffrent ??
>> please help me with the order in which i should represent each forms?
>> should i attach documents needed for each forms seperately with
those forms or all together?
