Dear Nksenna,
I found no direct evidence that legitimse Printztg or evidences against it.
However, two details I did find could give you the best answer you
could possibly get.
First, Printz write in the website "Printz Trading, located in
Belgium, is audited regularly by the following entity:
Belgium Department of Corporations
license #452-6722
The Belgium Department of Corporations conducts the most stringent
examination of all government agencies."
(SOURCE: Printztg, escrow lisence, <http://www.printztg.org/escrow_license.asp>).
However, I found no evidence that such a department exists in Belgium.
I also searched for similar terms in French and in Dutch.
Moreover, the site http://www.printztg.org/ is not registered in
Belgium, or as belonging to people residing in that country, but to
people from Australia. (SOURCE: Whois domain search on
http://www.printztg.org/, for example possible on
http://www.whois.net/).
If you're a US citizen, you could consult with Better Business Bureaus
or with the FTC <www.ftc.gov> in order to try to establish the
legality of a business. If you're a citizen of another country, most
countries have an establishment were you could complaint and try to
assess the legality of a business you deal with.
I hope this answers your question. Please contact me if you need any
further clarification before you rate this answer. |
