Is there a way to access and change the summary data on a file? When
you view the properties of a file in windows explorer, then goto the
sumary tab, there are values that I would like to get access to. Can
this be done in visual basic 6.0? Thank you.

Also, do you need this for all types of files, or will access to
Microsoft Office files be sufficient?

I only need to read and change the 'Title' field under the
'Description' heading. The file is a PDF that I've encrypted using my
own encryption.
