Is it possible to determine where in
the world the following IP address is located, and if so, please tell
me where....IP's ranging from  4.60.133.### to 4.60.139.##.
Would 64.12.96.### be in the same area?

There is a wonderful little tool for just this purpose - an IP locator at Geobytes:

Entering to check for your first example, I find that it
originates in Pico Rivera, California. You will find a wealth of
information about this address as well as a map.

I checked for your second and this one is in Tampa,
Florida. appears to be an AOL IP address.

Try this free utility. I think you will be surprised at the
information it will provide for you.
