It's a Dell PC, running Win2000. Itunes 4.2 is installed, latest
version. When I try to "import" the tracks on a CD, or right-click on
a track, the import process runs for about a second, then it says,
"done" and creates a zero-byte file with the name of the song.
I made sure to enable digital audio in the Device Manager, and reboot
afterward to make sure the change took effect.
I've used Itunes before, so I know this isn't how it's supposed to behave.
