Approximately $44 billion a year is spent on "New Age" products in the
United States.

"Newagecities.com, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board/NACT) is building an
Internet portal that is demographically targeted. It will offer
e-commerce services to the New Age population. I knew the New Age
market segment was reasonably large, but I was surprised to learn it
consists of over 38 million people in the United States alone, plus
many more in many countries that are reached by the Internet. The U.S.
group spends about $44 billion a year on New Age products.

New Age product areas include aromatherapy (mood changing aromas),
astrology, crystal energy, eastern philosophy, natural health, UFOs,
psychic consultations, books, CDs, video tapes, & an astonishing large
assortment of other related products & services."

"Overall, it is clear that the market for New Age products can be
quite substantial. In fact, preliminary results of a forthcoming study
(New Editions New Age Consumer Survey, Sophia Tarla, Ph.D., New
Editions Retailers) reveal the following encouraging facts about New
Age consumers:

- New Age industry sales average over $44 billion dollars annually.
- The average age is 44, with a majority between the ages of 30 and 59.
- Two-thirds have college degrees and 41% have completed post-graduate work.
- The average New Age consumer spends over $1,000 annually on New Age items.
- The New Age consumer base is estimated at over 40 million.

These statistics represent values for the United States only. We have
no information on the potential international market."

estimated $44 BILLION ($ 44,000,000,000.oo) annually on a variety of
different products and services, including aromatherapy, astrology,

alternative medicine, and a host of other topics."
