I located an Ericsson Press Release dated September 25 2003, titled ?More than 100 million mobile subscribers are using Ericsson's prepaid systems.? At the end of the article it says: ?FOR FURTHER INFORMATION, PLEASE CONTACT My Spangenberg, Ericsson Corporate Communications Phone: +46 70 594 65 72; E-mail: press.relations@ericsson.com ? http://www.ericsson.com/press/20030925-143555.html I then sent a message to the above address asking when Ericsson prepaid mobile phones were introduced in Sydney, Australia. Anna Perrin ( anna.perrin@ericsson.com ) from Ericsson replied that it was the Ericsson 628 which was released in 1998/99. Search criteria: Ericsson prepaid launched in Sydney OR Australia Ericsson prepaid released in Sydney OR Australia Ericsson prepaid introduced in Sydney OR Australia I hope you find this helpful! Best regards, Bobbie7 |
