I want to find out who resides around a certain address.  Or who are
the neighbors around a certain address.  I want to find all my
neighbors within 2 miles up and down my rural highway.  Free searches only.

Does it need to be an online search, or would a location in your area
where you can find this information for free be an acceptable answer?

Also, is it in the United States? Can you supply a city or town and
