I have been assigned the task of identifying and selecting two
specific websites which reflect an application, not just an academic
presentation, for one of the following models used in our logistics
and operations management course.  They are:  learning curves,
transportation model, inventory model, forecasting, linear
programming, decision trees or quality control.

I need to report on which two websites I chose and which model they
reference.  I am to choose two websites that would reflect a model
that I would deem to be most relevant to my current work situation
(retail and/or real estate).  I need to include in the report a brief
description of the model and its application as detailed in the
website.
