I am thinking about buying a commercial real estate property in dallas.
I would like to have a study including the following information:

- How did the values of office space buildings [class a, class b and
class c]in Dallas behave the last 2,3,5 and 10 years. Did they
increase / decrease ? And in what percentage rate did they move ? Are
we now on a local high ?
- How is the office space market [class a, b, c] in Dallas compared to
Chicago, Boston, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami and New York ? How did
the values of office spaces behave the last ten years compared to
these other locations ?
- What is the expected annual average return of investment for an
office space building if it is fully rented out ? We are talking here
about percentage rates after all costs and after real estate tax. Also
there could be different numbers for class a,b and c buildings.
- What is the average rented out rate for class a and class b office
space buildings in dallas ? What is the average percentage of usage of
these buildings ?
- Where can I find office space buildings from dallas being offered
for sale ? Are there any offers in the Web ? I would need to see 20
different office real estates being offeres.
- Can you also provide a list with 10 real serious office space real
estate brokers located in dallas doing business in dallas ?

Thatīs it for now
thank you

Oliver
