This might sound obvious, but have you tried looking in the
publications about which you inquire? Also, are you wanting a
researcher to put you in touch with advertising executives who would
maintain such a list?

I am looking for someone to put me into contact with a person or
organization who maintains such a list.  I have reviewed the
publications with advertisers, but locating the contact person who
placed the ad is challenging.  A former account executive would be a
great resource.
