When sending a new email from an exchange 2003 server to a exchange
5.5 server I do not get a read receipt. When I reply to an email I
get a read receipt. I want a read receipt on new messages also.

I have the read receipt box checked. I think it has something to do
with exchange 2003 using code that exchange 5.5 does not understand -
Disposition-Notification-To:"[email address]"
