I own a 2002 Fort Sport Trac and my tonneau cover is cracking, my
dealer tells me he has never heard of any other customers experiencing
similiar problems.  I would like to know if any others have had
problems with these covers, not their names just copies of their
complaints if any are to be found.  If their resolution was favourable
that would be an added bonus.  I would be able to show this to my
dealer and hopefully my cover would be covered under warranty.  Thanks

Just so you know, I've looked through the NHTSA database of reported
consumer complaints for the 2002 Explorer Sport Trac; there are no
reported complaints related to the tonneau cover there.

This does not mean that there isn't a problem, it only means that no
one has reported a problem to NHTSA. I'll let you know if I find
anything else.
