I would like to get at least 20 hyperlinks for U.S. Stock Market
indicators like VIX (The CBOE Volatility Index). These indicators
should not focus on specific stocks. These web site should explain
these indicators clealy and provide real data. I only need a list of
web sites that provide these indicators for free. I do not need real
time data. Delayed data is fine. Thanks.

Hello there.

I can provide a single link that lists 66 stock indices in the US and
Canada. The list includes the index name, symbol, and the exchange it
trades on.

For each index, you can click on it for additional information such as
a chart, latest news, and (for about half the indices) a list of
components.

Would that meet your needs?

I am looking for MARKET INDICATORS not stock quotes and charts.

The following are two examples of market indicators:

VIX --- The CBOE Volatility Index® (VIX®) is a key measure of market
expectations of near-term volatility conveyed by stock index option
prices.

TRIN ---The Trin is a breadth oscillator which aids in the measurement
of internal market strength or weakness. Also known as The Arms Index
(because it was invented by Richard Arms), the Trin is an acronym that
stands for The Trading Index.

Thanks.

Thanks for clarifying.

The types of indices (market indicators) on the list I mentioned
includes things like:

XAL AIRLINE INDEX (American Stock Exchange)
BKX BANK INDEX (Philadelphia Stock Exchange)
BTK BIOTECH INDEX (American Stock Exchange)
DFX DEFENSE INDEX (Dow Jones & Company Inc)
GOX GOLD INDEX (Chicago Board Options Exchange)
OEX S&P 100 INDEX (Standard & Poor's Corp)

Are these the type of things you're looking for?

Indicator is a method of quantitative analysis, usually of price over
time or volume, using various formulae designed to highlight specific
characteristics and provide signals to help forecast market movements.

I am looking for these kinds of true indicators that can provide
signals to help forecast market movements not just the simple indices.

Thanks.

This page has indexs, and several indicators:
http://www.stockcharts.com/def/servlet/Favorites.CServlet?obj=msummary&cmd=show&disp=SXA

On this page they have definitions of different indicators:
http://www.stockcharts.com/education/IndicatorAnalysis/index.html

Is that what you need?
