Greetings! First, information and statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Now that that is out of the way, to answer your question, 1 tablespoon per day for every 100 pounds of body weight. [1] Other sites also specify one tablespoon per day for every 75 to 100 pounds of body weight. It has been reported that some people take up to 6 to 10 tablespoons daily with no adverse effects. 1] http://www.rwood.com/Questions/q_apr_17_2000.htm Search Terms: flax seed oil supplement dose |
