I need a sorted/prioritized list of the most popular and most used
discussion groups/chat forums/blog services available in German
language, for Germans, and that is related to PCs, computers and
hardware. Preferably the list could contain some kind of basic
comparison between the different services.

Note that I'm mainly looking for larger kind of community services
that may (1) contain multiple forums/groups/blogs and that (2) are
easy searchable (preferably possible to search multiple
forums/groups/blogs in a single search).

My use will be to follow these groups tightly for emerging trends and
continued interest (e.g. buzz, hype) for
products/technologies/standards related to PCs and computer hardware.

If some of these services are somewhat regionally based (e.g. services
that have a dominant user base from e.g. one of the larger German
cities and/or regions), this information should preferably be included
in the list/comparison.
