About Myself.. 26 years old, English Bachelors in Economics, 2 years of work experience. Living in the Netherlands (Zwolle) with commutable access to Amersfoort and Utrecht. Fluent English, very basic Dutch. I'm exploring as many avenues for full time work as possible from agencies who try to place me with large American companies (such as Sun), to cold calling a list of US companies that I got from the US embassy. I'm also investigating possible teaching work at some of the Internatiuonal schools. The answer I would like would contain leads, advice and inventive avenues of pursuit to finding work in the Netherlands. Maybe you have experience, know the country well or can simply access/ find a list of companies in the Netherlands whose working office language is English. Many Thanks Nathan |

Hi, I'm English and I spent 5 enjoyable years in the Netherlands, working for an American Corporation. It was great! And, even though I learned Dutch, it wasn't necessary because EVERYBODY there speaks English ... and German ... and French. Some even speak Dutch, ook. Dunno about getting a job there though but Best of Luck! Tot ziens! Bryan |
