Hi digitalpixman,
Finding a monitor that meets your requirements should be fairly simple
as the camera puts out a standard NTSC or PAL video signal that can be
connected to any TV with an AV input.
I have searched around a bit and come up with a variety of options:
TV One is a supplier of professional TV hardware - they have a few
products on interest:
http://www.tvone.com/lcdpage.shtml
LM-401M - 4" LCD - MSRP $345
LMP-401 - 4" LCD (Portable version w/battery etc) - MSRP $425
LM-681M - 6.8" LCD - MSRP $595
LMP-681 - 6.8" LCD (Portable version w/battery etc) - MSRP $695
All these models feature a durable metal case, with threaded tripod
mounting hole. They offer high brightness, and a good angle (45deg
left/right, 10deg up, and 30deg down). Full tech specs are here:

These monitors, being PAL and NTSC compatable, mean that you can take
advatage of the slight visual superiority of the PAL format that your
camera can support.
They are available for purchase here, at less than MSRP:

TV One products are also available from B&H Photographic (www.bhphoto.com)
Vari-zoom, a company specialising in camera-accesories for the
professional video market, offer a few montior options:

Designed to be mounted to cameras, all their monitors feature a tripod
compatabile mount on the bottom.
VZ-TFT - 113mm x 83.5mm viewable
http://www.varizoom.com/monitors/tft.php - $279 ($339 w/battery)
VZ-TFT-4 - 4" monitor
http://www.varizoom.com/monitors/tft4.php - $219 ($299 portable config)
VZ-CON56 - 5.6" monitor
http://www.varizoom.com/monitors/con56.php - $309 (+$35 for battery kit)
These products are all available directly from the website.
In addition to these products, almost any portable LCD TV (such as
those found online from www.amazon.com/electronics ) will be able to
display the output from your camera. They are generally able to be
powered by batteries (either internally or with an additional batter,
such as a gel-cell). They do not feature some of the portability of
the other models, but they are very cost effective.
I hope the 5 models I have found provide the range you were looking
for. They seem very suitable for your purposes.
Let me know if I can clarify anything for you.
