Among the many self-administered medical products I've heard about are
these colonic products that cut down on supposed "impacted waste."
I have difficultly believing an individual with normal peristaltic
action in their digestive tract, and a diet with a reasonable amount
of fiber would have a problem like this.
So, is there such as problem as "impacted waste?" if so, can it
affect a person's physical health? Also if so, are these colonic
treatments the way to go with eliminating it, or is a high-fiber diet
enough?

I bit the bullet and tried colonic irrigation this year, and I can
tell you, there is a lot of stuff in there that shouldn't be.

Without being too graphic, the stuff looks all twisted and stringy,
not like the normal stuff that comes out.

One thing the colonic hydrotherapist stressed was to drink husk powder
three times a day. Apparently it loosens the impacted waste so it can
finally come out. Whether the powder is sufficient on its own, I don't
know, but it certainly does help.
