Appears to be French. It could also be HAITIAN French which is considerably different to Parian French. Allen. |

i'm french and I also think it's HAITIAN French, or it's a very bad french. it looks like *oral* languange. like if you write just like you ear it. (excuse me for bad english, I'm french!!) |
