Dick Cavett TV show!  Where can I buy a copy of his 30 minute show
that featured the "Three Card Monte" scam?  It was 15+ years ago, 30
minute show, not his ABC series.  Yes, I could place a classified ad
in a collector's publication but I am looking for a direct source of
the show.

you remember who the guest stars were?  Especially, music.
