I am looking for a site were you can either download for free or pay
for diffrenty kinds of programs for my Sony Ericsson mobile phone. I
would like to download to my pc and then send it to my phone.

I used to know a site that dose that but i forgot it, there are a
bunch of programs were you download to your pc and then transfer then
over a mounted thingy to your phone. I have a Sony Ericsson p900 here

If you like free software, just select a category and, when the page
is loaded, resort it by Price "Low to High".
Note that you can access to Handango via the Sony Ericsson site:

To install the programs, download the .sis or .jar files and install
it to your P900 via the syncstation, bluetooth, or infrared. It is
recommended to install the programs on the D: drive (memory stick) to
leave phone memory available to its internal programs and for the use
of the running programs.
