I am not sure what causes bags under the eyes, but I do know that Witch Hazel works in helping them go away. I soak a cotton pad in witch hazel and put them over my eyes (eyes closed, of course)... it really does help. |

Hi, cause, fatty tissue that allows your eyes to move sags down, surrounding skin is not supportive enough to hold it up, it's what you get with age, sorry. remedy, surgery is very successfull. |
