When you say 'meaning of this name', do you mean how the trick is
done? If so, I can answer that and supply videos with the trick being
performed. As to why it is called that, I cannot ascertain.

better phrase it:
why is this trick called the "s-bend"?

From the description of the trick, I would say that if you viewed the
boarder  from above, they trace out the shape of an 'S'. I cannot find
confirmation of this.
