Dear spud678,

Unfortunately, information from indivdual military service records is
not available online. But it is possible to easily obtain paper copies
of such records from the U.S. National Archives and Record
Administration's National Personnel Records Center (NPRC).

Though a certain number of Air Force service records were destroyed in
a fire in 1973, only records of personnel discharged between 25
September 1947 and 1 January 1964 were affected. So the service
records of Julian L. Dart, Jr. should still be available.

To request copies of J. L. Dart's service records, please follow the
detailed instructions provided by the National Personnel Records
Center on their website:
http://www.archives.gov/facilities/mo/st_louis/military_personnel_records/standard_form_180.html

In case you would like to contact the NPRC in order to obtain
information regarding the proper method of submitting written requests
for information contained in military personnel records, here is full
contact information:

Hope this helps!
