Is there an online resource (preferably cheap) that would provide a
comprehensive list of European Internet Service Providers, with
locations, contacts, etc. A random search on Google identifies some
sites (search.looksmart.com) but the information is then
"in-language", so it is hard to use as a resource. |

Hi patrickleonard,
After searching for several hours, I am unable to come up with one
comprehensive database for Internet Service Providers for all of
Europe. I have, however, located several different directories for
European countries. But these are not as comprehensive as you request.
If there are certain countries you are interested in, I will search
for a comprehensive directory for each. For example, I have located
one excellent database for the UK which includes over 300 ISPs,
including their details.
Please let me know how you would like me to proceed.

Sure, by county search works for me. Also, I would like to include
the larger broadband providers (cable where applicable) as well as the
smaller ISPs...here are the countries: UK, France, Germany, Italy,
Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal. Thanks! - Pat
