parent who's alleged or actual neglect of their child led to the child
commiting suicide or dying of anorexia/bulimia or some similar self
mutilating behavior. The state court cases that i need should contain
charges on the parent (or a similar relationship between two people,
e.g. uncle/neice, teacher/student) of either criminally negligent
homicide or manslaughter in the first or second degree. All I need are
the citations to the cases you find as I have access to Lexis
Nexis.-->Bigger Tip for fast anawer.

JUSTASK SCOTT,

Thank you for your respectful comment. I have included in my question
a provision dealing with a larger tip for faster results. If any one
will answer the question my satisfaction I shall tip them a large
amount, i.e. $30 -$40, and so that is why my list price is set at $20.
I do not mean to disrespect the google researchers as I highly admire
the excellent work they have done for me and others.

Just a tip that might save those totally outrageous attorney fees when
doing legal research, start with findlaw.com

They have a tremendous amount of resources, both free and fee. For
now, I would hit findlaw.com, as well as let the Google answer folks
continue, as they are darn good at coming up with the right answers. I
will look around too, but if I find any answers you need, give the
credit to the Google folks, as I just don't like the idea of a lawyer
trying to swipe their question when it does not require one and any
competent legal researcher could find the answers without bankrupting
the client.
