Where can I find help on resolving a problem with a WMP 9 stream where
clients are reporting hearing the audio "slowed" down?

Howdy hogs-ga,

Have you tried the following test, as suggested by Microsoft?

"You use the MPlayer2 player to test streaming media. To do so, start
MPlayer2[.exe in the C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player folder].

On the File menu, click Open, and then type the URL for the streaming
media in the Open box."

See if this provides a non-slow stream.  If it does, then I can point
you in a direction to try to fix your problem.
