Our company has salaries set very low but gives commission override
bonuses. Our pension is "employer contributed", and 15% of the small
salary is what is put in our pension each year, which comes to $3,000.
I am a full time regular employee. Is there any form of tax deferred
savings plan available other than an IRA that I can use in addition to
our company's pension plan?
