Hello google researchers, Now that there are certain rules that "marketers" must abide by (opt-out link, etc.), I'd like to know what to do with spam emails that don't follow this and are, in-essence, breaking the law. Is there some government address or something to forward them to for investigation? How are they enforcing this? Also, I'd like to know the legitimate channels for complaining about the inadequacy of the law. And I don't mean some chat board to gripe about it, I mean somewhere where it falls on the ears of the lawmakers. Thank you. ed |
