I am looking for an integrated, preferably web based order
processing/accounting/shipping system tailored to book sales. I work
for a company that sells books that we produce and inventory. We do
very little (almost none) Point of Sale. Most of our orders come in
over the phone and about 10-15% come in over the web.

Currently we are using MS Access with ties to Peachtree and a shipping
program called Clippership. Probably the weakest link in our system
right now is Peachtree, so we are looking for a system to meet these
needs.

You could also look into a custom made system running off a db like
MySQL. They aren't usually too expensive to set up either. I know a
place http://www.nobletdesign.com/ does some really good work in the
web design and DB integration. Other than that I don't know of
specific packaged processing systems, they usually don't make it easy
to "brand" the site.
