The website still not show in the first 100 website,

Dear Renwang,

First of all, it is important that you'll know that Google Answers
Researchers are not Google employees, and have no inside information,
but people who have better understanding (because of research and
experience) of how the system works.

I could tell you about one (crucial) point where I think your site
might be having problems to be ranked anywhere high, and to suggest
further actions that might enhance your ranking. However, I cannot
promise you to get to the top-10 - this is a very difficult, as you
might guess.

sure, please send me the answers.

In fact, we checked the ranking today by using with keyword "document management" and
"document management systems", I found not even in the
"top" 1000.

There is no answer at this time.

googles' ratings are based on so many things:

* correctly written meta tags
* websites that link to your site and their rating
* number of clicks (not sure about that actually)

I believe that this googlerankings site is wrong
on many searches my site is on the first page of the results, yet it
doesn't show at all in that site.
