WebEx's QuickBook product vs Terminal Server QuickBooks solution

#1:

How does Webex work?

Is it remote access to your own computer like Timbuktu, PC Anywhere, VNC, etc?

Or does is it a thin client like Microsoft Terminal Services or Citrix?

or is it something different?

We are looking at getting their QuickBook Enterprise Edition product.
I want to know how to compares to just setting up a Win 2003 server ,
buying a few CALs, and using Terminal Serivces.

Is it better, is it cheaper, or is WebEx just doing that and selling
it as a hosted service with QuickBook on it?

#2:
If we do a TS solution that we host ourselves, do we need QuickBook
Enterprise Edition, or can we stick with the multiuser edition we have
had for the last year?

thanx in advnce
