My friend is looking for housing in San Francisco.  She has the funds
for the first/last month and deposit, but isn't yet employed (she's
moving from Houston) and has a poor credit history.  What housing is
available for people in this position?  Please don't answer that there
is none.  I'm looking for specific references, not just general types
of housing.
