Hi, I need a location suggestion(not an acutal store front, a general
area, it can be a zip code, county, town, AV) to start a Chinese
buffet restaurant.
My requirements are:
1. No similar Chinese BUFFET restaurant within at least 10 mile, there
can be Chinese take out or sit in restaurant.
2. At least 50,000 residential population within that gerenal area.
3. High traffic count by 50% of residential and 50% business.
4. Mid-class, at least 50% white and 50% others.
5. Anywhere in the states of NJ, NY, CT, PA, LA, states are listed by priority.
Any comments or suggestions are welcome.
Also, if you know any company that offers this kind of service, I am happy to hear.
