I would like to know the total number of Electric Space Heaters of type Oil 
Filled Radiant Electric Heaters, which are sold annually in the USA, Europe, 
East Asia (China, Taiwan, Japan etc).
Must include official verifiable (goverment statistics or other) documentation.
Will accept separate answers for each of above zones.

you can download from Amazon in pdf format.  It costs US$795.  Unfortunately 
there are no more details in the description but the title is very specific so 
it appears relevant to your question.  

With regards to the individual regions, I came across a few country specific 
reports for European markets that might be helpful if you can't get a report 
for the entire region, since they cover the major markets.
