I want to know men population who is in the age group 25-27 but never
had ejaculation during the masterbation. However, later during the
life when they had intercourse they did not have problem ejaculating.
In essence I want to know how rare it is to find a 25 years old guy
having problem ejaculating during masterbation. I also want to know
does this mean that he can not ejaculate during the intercourse as
well.

It is doubtful any one has done a rigorous study. I will guess one in
two million. One in 100,000 = 0.001% if you agree on age 20 to 30
instead of age 25 for first sucessful intercourse or first sucessful
masterbation. Perhaps you want to reword the question. As worded, it
suggests as few as one attemped masterbation before age 25. The "no
problem" also reduces the number drastically. How about rare problems?
