Dear markabe-ga;
Thank you for allowing me an opportunity to answer your interesting question.
Here is several media versions of the once infamous ?hair blooper?
video accidentally aired by BBC while Bush was getting ready to make a
speech about the war in Iraq. He was caught in an unguarded moment
when someone turned the camera on too soon.

Here?s one where Bush is saying?uh, well, nobody really know for sure
what he was saying:
SYMBOL MAN

In this one Bush is seen attending a wedding reception. His sobriety
has come into question over this video:

Here is a very embarrassing video in which Bush fails a 4 question pop
quiz when a reporter asks him to name 4 national leaders (and he
can?t):

If I can find the ones where the open mike caught Bush?s expletive
about the New York Times reporter and the one where another open mike
caught him joking that ?we conquered Canada? during his visit to
Ontario I?ll post them here too. I tried to find a clip where Bush
dropped ?Barney?, his dog, but they seem a bit harder to find now that
some times has past.

Regarding ?the infamous hair blooper? (my personal phraseology) is the
clip where Bush was getting his hair combed and preened minutes before
he was to go live on television to address the nation, and someone
?accidentally? aired the candid moment on live television. Bush was
set to announce that the US had invaded Iraq and was heard saying ?I
feel good? while the makeup person was prepping him for very serious
speech on the issue. It wasn?t embarrassing in the sense that he did
anything stupid, but it was an unguarded moment that certainly could
have been much worse.
As for the Pop Quiz video, Bush is seen fumbling for answers as he is
asked by journalist Andy Hiller to name the leaders of four nations.
In part it goes like this:
HILLER: "Can you name the president of Chechnya?"
George: "No, can you?"
HILLER: "Can you name the president of Taiwan?"
George: "Yeah, Lee."
HILLER: "Can you name the general who is in charge of Pakistan?"
George: "Wait, wait, is this 50 questions?"
HILLER: "No, it's four questions of four leaders in four hot spots."
George: "The new Pakistani general, he's just been elected, not
elected, this guy took over office. It appears this guy is going to
bring stability to the country and I think that's good news for the
sub-continent."
HILLER: "Can you name him?"
George: "General. I can't name the general. General."
HILLER: "And the prime minister of India?"
George: "The new prime minister of India is - (pause) No."
Then Bush hit back.
George: "Can you name the foreign minister of Mexico?"
HILLER: "No sir, but I would say to that, I'm not running for President."
I didn?t have any problem running the video. I played it with RealPlayer.
I wish I could give you more information about why the video won?t
play for you but I am at a loss for a solution. Try clicking on it
from the source here and see if that works for you:

(near the top on the far right "Bush's interview with Andy Miller...")
If that doesn?t work perhaps you can get it (or at least view it) from
someone else?s computer, because it is certainly one worth collecting.
