What city and state would this facility have been located in? What other information do you have about him--date of birth, wife's name, children's name, do you know his parents' names, his occupation or city/state where he generally lived during his lifetime? Yes, there may be records for this hospital, but there are also other sources that could be checked to perhaps get the information you are looking for, but you have not specified exactly why you want these particular records or what it is you are trying to achieve genealogically.
